Paul Reeves has over 20 years’ experience in the diagnostics, medical devices and pharmaceutical industry. Paul has a track record of taking products to market with multiple CE-IVD and FDA approvals. He was previously Head of R&D at veterinary pharmaceuticals company VetPlus and led development of a portfolio of products generating £70m sales per annum. Earlier, Paul was Director of R&D at Arcis Biotechnology delivering innovative and disruptive solutions in the sample preparation and biodefense industry, and also part of the team at QIAGEN that led the successful PMA approval of the Therascreen® IVD platform and assay technology.

Paul holds a PhD in Molecular Biology from the University of Liverpool and an MBA from Cranfield University.
